Machine-building plant named after S.M. Kirov (a subsidiary of NK Kazakhstan Engineering) became a laureate of the gold Prize of the competition "Paryz -2019" (competition for social responsibility of business) in the nomination - The best enterprise in the field of labor protection among large enterprises.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin presented the prize to the General Director of the plant Dulat Kurenbekov. The “Paryz” competition is aimed at the formation and enhancement by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society for further improving the welfare of the population. The competition has been held regularly since 2008 by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
