Petropavlovsk heavy engineering plant (a subsidiary of Kazakhstan engineering NC JSC) in the framework of expanding cooperation with private companies carried out the manufacture, installation, testing and commissioning of lifting equipment for the well-workover of oil and gas wells PAP-80/100.

The unit is designed to perform workover of oil and gas wells, as well as to work as part of mobile drilling facilities with a lifting capacity on the hook up to 100 tons. The product has a number of design advantages, including: mobility, high rigidity mono support, divided mounting and working hydraulic system, etc.

The full cycle of production of the unit, from the development of design documentation to commissioning was conducted by PZTM JSC in the framework of the contract with AKSU DRILLING LLP (Aktau) for the supply of lifting equipment. For the convenience of the companies operating on the fields of Kazakhstan, in 2018, the company founded a representative office in Aktau.

We will note that under the conditions of modern tendencies of development of the market the plant conducts active work on increase of client base. Long-term production experience and capabilities allow the enterprise not only to occupy already existing niches, but also to expand the range of the made goods and the rendered services.

In the future, the plant plans to develop activities on maintenance of oil and gas equipment. To extend the product life cycle, both warranty and post-warranty service are provided. It is also planned to develop the production of fixed drilling rigs with a capacity of up to 600 tons. Service on replacement of the upper equipment of the oil and gas companies of Kazakhstan is already provided.
