On 21 August 2018, in Kubinka, Moscow region, Army-2018 IV international military-technical forum was opened that was attended by enterprises of the defense industry enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Kazakhstan's stand covers an area of over 200 square meters; domestic companies presented more than 120 full-scale samples and models of military and dual-use products.
It should be noted that the domestic defense industry enterprises participate in this forum for the third year to present new models of weapons and military equipment for further export.
The national exposition was presented by KAE LLP, Plant named after S. M. Kirov JSC, Tynys JSC, Semey engineering JSC, Kazspetsexport, 405 aircraft repair plant JSC and other companies in the sector.
KAE LLP, the plant for the production of electronic and optical products has presented infrared lenses for thermal imagery devices and professional radio communications at the exhibition.
Plant named after S. M. Kirov JSC has presented a universal range equipment, which includes target installations, targets of different sizes, control units, as well as radio relay stations.
Semey engineering enterprise exposed models of the modernized armored equipment and military surplus, including repair and evacuation and patrol carriers on the basis of T-72 tank, BMP and BTR-80.
Tynys JSC exhibited components for the aviation industry and military ammunition: body armor, armored systems, protective plates, helmets and other products at Army-2018 forum.
During the forum, it is planned to hold a number of negotiations of the Kazakhstan delegation with foreign partners.

For reference: Army-2018, the international military-technical forum is traditionally held on the territory of the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Centre, Alabino landfill and Kubinka airfield in Moscow region (Russia) from 21 to 26 August 2018. The forum is organized by the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the Army-2018 forum, there will be a dynamic exposition of the capabilities of military equipment in the air, on the ground and in water, as well as an extensive scientific and business program.
