In accordance with the Plan of work with the military-diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017, military attaches visited the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stationed in the city of Petropavlovsk in the North Kazakhstan region.

Military attaches from more than 10 countries got acquainted with the defense enterprise JSC "Petropavlovsk heavy machinery plant", specializing in the modernization of multiple rocket systems and anti-aircraft installations, and also inspected the production facilities of JSC "Kirov Plant", which produces and modernizes communications equipment.

During the visit, representatives of foreign countries were shown samples of manufactured products.
