On July 18, 2017 in the city of Uralsk (West Kazakhstan region) JSC Uralsky Zavod Zenit, which is part of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering, launched a speedboat of project FC-19 up to 27 tons.
The solemn event was attended by the akim of the West Kazakhstan region Altai Kulginov, the leadership of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan, the leadership and personnel of the Regional Directorate "Coast Guard", the collective of the plant "Zenith" and the personnel of the boat crew.
The boat of the FC-19 project is the 27th for the enterprise and was built for the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the republic.
The boat has high speed and maneuverability. This, along with the low draft, which allows it to enter the rivers, enables the Border Service of the KNB of Kazakhstan to most effectively fight high-speed canoes - violators of the republic's maritime borders and poachers carrying out illegal fishing in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
A feature of this boat from the entire FC-19 series is improved living conditions for the crew.
Ahead of the boat are factory mooring, sea and acceptance tests and delivery to the customer.
