President Nursultan Nazarbayev visited the exhibition of military industry. During the exhibition the Head of State got acquainted with military equipment manufactured by enterprises of North Kazakhstan region.

President of Kazakhstan has been shown manufacturing capabilities and high innovation potential of the domestic armament industry.

Following the results of the exhibition tour there was a conversation of Nursultan Nazarbayev with the engineers and designers of the military-industrial enterprises of Kirov Plant JSC, Petropavlovsk Heavy Machine Building Plant JSC and ZIKSTO JSC.

The principal activities alongside with military hardware output include production and modernization of electro-signal equipment, civil and special-purpose radio transceivers, industrial plants for oil and gas sector and energy industry, cars (gondola cars, grain carriers, platforms) and other manufactured articles for transport industry sector.
