Holding "Russian Helicopters" (part of the State Corporation Rostec), JSC "National Company" Kazakhstan Engineering "and JSC" Aircraft Repair Plant №405» at the fourth international exhibition Kazakhstan Defence Expo 2016 (KADEX-2016) signed a roadmap of joint projects until 2020 year to expand after-sales service of helicopters produced in Russia.
The tripartite agreement was signed by Director General of the holding company "Russian Helicopters" Alexander Mikheyev, Director General of "National Company" Kazakhstan Engineering" Yerlan Idrissov and CEO of Aircraft Repair Plant № 405 Konstantin Ushakov.
The signed Road map provides coordination of activity between three companies on comprehensive service of helicopters of the Russian production in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including development of capital repairs of the Mi-171Sh helicopters, and also works on modernization of Mi-8T, Mi-17-B5 and Mi-171Sh helicopters for the purpose of installation of the new equipment and improvement of their flight technical characteristics.

In addition, the exhibition KADEX-2106 holding company "Russian Helicopters" and Aircraft Repair Plant №405 will discuss the conclusion of the dealer contract for the supply of aviation equipment (ATI) for all types of Russian-made helicopters, are exploited in Kazakhstan.
