Was founded in December, 2010.
The founders of the joint venture that was formed on a parity bases are: JSC “National Company “Kazakhstan Engineering” and “Eurocopter”, the subsidiary of EADS corporate group (since January 2014 was renamed to Airbus Helicopter).
The location of ES 145 helicopters fitting and maintenance plant is in the area of the Astana International Airport.
The plant will be equipped by workshops on maintenance of mechanical units, repair of sheet metal products, repair of electric equipment and onboard radio electronics, repair of products made of composite materials, blades, engines repair workshop, hydraulic equipment, premises for maintenance service and painting works, independent boiler-house, warehouses.
Planned productivity will make up to 8-10 helicopters per year.
Main types of production:
- Assembly, sale, maintenance of helicopters ES-145;
- Personnel training of aircrew and maintenance staff of prospective customers.
