In accordance with the state program "Enbek" on the basis of JSC "Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant (PHEP)" a Training Center for training applicants to work specialties was created. To date, an admission to training in the professions of an electric gas welder, an operator of machine tools with PU, a mechanic for mechanical assembly, a turner, and a milling machine has been announced.

The practical part of the training will take place at the enterprise itself, which implies a smooth transition from training to internships at employment at the factory.

“PHEP” JSC has extensive experience working in the dual training system. Since 2012, the company has been working together with North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybaev, KSU "Engineering College of the city of Petropavlovsk", Peter and Paul College of Humanities and Technology, Peter and Paul Construction and Economics College. Students of these educational institutions undergo all types of practice at the factory. Over the current period, more than 500 people underwent industrial practice.

The Center’s activities are aimed at providing assistance to the adult population, who are given the opportunity to receive a profession that is in demand on the labor market in a short time and thereby guarantee the right to receive work on acquired qualifications.
