By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, Bishimov Kuanysh Erdauletovich was appointed Chairman of the Board. N. Abdibekov, who previously held this post, was relieved of his post due to transfer to another job.

Kuanysh Bishimov was born on January 2, 1972 in the Karaganda region. In 1994 he graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering; in 2001, Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketova , specialty "lawyer".

He began his career in 1994 as a mechanic-controller of OTK, a production dispatcher of the Karaganda bus fleet No. 3.

Over the years, he worked in customs authorities, structural divisions of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2003 to 2005, he held the position of Director of the Department of Defense Production, Project Management and Technical Development of NK Kazakhstan Engineering JSC.

From 2005 to 2017, he worked as the General Director of Tynys JSC and the Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant JSC, and the Vice President of Kazakhstan Engineering NC JSC.

Since December 2017, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atameken.
