Representatives of the Brazilian company EMBRAER Defense & Security visited Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP and got acquainted with the production capabilities of the enterprise. The meeting was attended by the Regional Director for Business Development in the Middle East and Central Asia Takhar Zuche and the Managing Director of JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering "Sultan Seisengaliyev.

During the visit, the idea of implementing a project to create an aviation industrial cluster in Nur-Sultan was presented. The parties discussed a number of potential projects for further cooperation, and as a result, a roadmap for further cooperation will be developed. It is also planned to be actively involved in the exchange of experience and training of technical specialists, as well as to consider the possibility of equipping aircraft for the needs of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It also produces military, administrative and agricultural aircraft. The Defense & Security division is engaged in the production of military aircraft, spare parts for them, as well as mission systems for air and ground operations. Production facilities are concentrated in Brazil. The company has a test site with one of the longest runways in the world (about 5000 m).
