Nursultan Smailov, a representative of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Planning, Asset Management and Investment of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Engineering ”.

Recall that after a careful selection, 300 Kazakhstanis were enrolled in the President's youth personnel reserve. The average age of the winners was 31 years. At the same time, reservists have significant experience in various sectors of the economy.

On the instructions of the President of the country, candidates who are included in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve are considered when appointed to administrative and political positions in the civil service, to leading positions in the quasi-public sector.

N. Smailov is a graduate of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrova. Has experience of work in local executive bodies, worked in various positions of the State Institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities of Pavlodar Region".

From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a chief expert, head of the department for the development of the military-industrial complex of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
