The subsidiary of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC, Aviation Training Center LLP (transferred from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023), has civil aircraft for training pilots.

However, the planes are outdated and require repairs. To provide pilot training services, the company decided to sell old aircraft through open and transparent bidding through the gosreestr portal, and to use the funds received to renew the air fleet and repair the remaining aircraft.

We emphasize that the aircraft owned by AUC LLP belong to civil aviation and are in no way military equipment. One of the online publications is forming an incorrect public opinion that this equipment is related to the military sphere.

In general, I would like to note that AUC LLP found itself in a debt and financial crisis, being part of the Ministry of Defense. The center did not develop, there was no infrastructure or activity, and wages were not paid to employees. Having received this facility, NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC is taking a number of anti-crisis measures to restore the center.
