By the decision of the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC dated April 26, 2024, appointments were made to the Company’s subsidiaries:

1) From April 29, 2024, General Director of JSC Machine-Building Plant named after. CM. Kirov" was appointed Kurenbekov Dulat Zhankeuly.

Kurenbekov D.Zh. born in 1979. He has extensive management experience in the Kazakhstan Engineering Group and in the public service. He was awarded a number of state awards and encouragements, including the honorary badge “Kurmetti machine zhasaushy”, the Order “Kurmet”, the medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin”.

2) From May 2, 2024, Almat Amanovich Amankabzhan was appointed General Director of Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant JSC.

Amankabzhan A.A. born in 1979. He has an education in law and finance. Has experience working in various public and private institutions, including the Presidential Administration, Parliament and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He held key positions in a number of companies, including Kazakh construction group LLP, United Chemical Company LLP, and KMG PetroChem LLP.
