"Plant named after S.M. Kirov" JSC is actively working to train highly qualified specialists by organizing student internships at the production site.

As part of a partnership with the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilyov, the company plans to exchange experience in the development of industrial technologies and improve the technical training of scientists and engineers.

As a result of educational practice, young people have the opportunity to gain extensive theoretical and practical knowledge while interacting with experienced specialists in a production environment. For example, students from the Department of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications are implementing the project “Designing a circularly polarized antenna for an RFID system.”   In the course of scientific development, scientists purchased the necessary products from the plant.

Industrial interaction and exchange of experience play a key role in the professional training and future employment of young specialists, contributing to the formation of a new generation of highly qualified professionals.
