On the eve at the State academic russian drama theater named after M. Lermontov, the evening dedicated to the 75th anniversary of JSC «Machine-building plant named after S.M. Kirov» (Almaty) took place.

Participation in the event was attended by guests, the staff of the enterprise, as well as veterans of the plant.

On behalf of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» Deputy Chairman of the Board Saya Mynsharipova, Director of the department of state defense order Ratmir Komratov, Ombudsman Maksut Abilkayir congratulated those present with a significant date.

Among the invited guests there is Chairman of the trade union of machine builders Kairbek Kusainov, member of the board of the Union of machine builders of Kazakhstan Pavel Beklimishev, representatives of the Ministry of Defense, foreign companies, as well as General director of JSC «Plant named after SM. Kirov» (Petropavlovsk) Marat Abilmazhinov.

General director of JSC «Machine building plant named after S.M. Kirov» Dulat Kurenbekov, addressing the audience, dwelt on the main events and facts of factory history.

Now, according to him, 150 kinds of various products are produced here and the special products are being restored. Torpedoes with a thermal engine are the key specialization of the plant. The enterprise produces ship hydraulics and automatic combustion of ship boilers, machine-building products for general industrial use. The technological capabilities of production allow to make production of high degree of complexity. At the same time, he noted, the company operates on a cycle of closed production, from casting to machining, assembly and testing.

«For these last 75 years, we have experienced a lot: there were successes and difficulties, ups and downs. But this difficult journey we have passed with dignity. Together! And thanks to you, dear Kirovchans, we honor the traditions laid down by our predecessors», - said D. Kurenbekov.

The CEO thanked the factory workers for long-term, valorous work and congratulated them on the anniversary, having wished them good health and prosperity in their families, success in their work.
