Orman Nurbaev was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of NK Kazakhstan Engineering JSC
O. Nurbayev graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Higher Command School of Air Defense Radioelectronics on the speciality of engineer and National Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the field of international relations.
In different years he worked in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning, in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in a number of Kazakhstani foreign missions.
Prior to his appointment, he held the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan.
