National Company «Kazakhstan Engineering» JSC, for the purpose of modern requirements (in connection with new models and methods of committing illegal actions by criminal elements), in order to ensure economic security in the Group of Companies at a proper level, the following main organizational and technical measures are carried out:

• timely identification of external and internal threats to the vital interests of the company from criminal elements, unscrupulous competitors and individuals, as well as crisis phenomena in the economy, managerial incompetence, and social tensions;
• Planning and development of strategies and decisions to ensure the economic security of the Company's groups;
• determining qualitative and quantitative values of financial security indicators, the potentiality of risks and threats in the information space;
• excluding access to information constituting a trade secret by any persons without the consent of its owner;
• Timely detection and prevention of information leakage through technical channels when using information technologies;
• maintaining order and the appropriate closed regime inside enterprises;
• prompt monitoring of the economic security of enterprises and forecasting of data characterizing the state of economic security at the enterprise;
• defining the list of new threats arising during the economic crisis, formation of new models of potential offenders;
• prompt improvement of administrative, organizational, legal, financial and other measures in the interests of ensuring the economic security of enterprises.

When establishing any forms of offences, threats to security, life support, as well as business reputation of the Company's groups, joint work is carried out with law enforcement authorities on prevention, suppression and detection of illegal actions with bringing guilty persons to appropriate responsibility provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
