May 17, 2017 in Astana, the Day of labor dynasties of the group of companies JSC «Samruk-Kazyna» was held. Chairman of the Board of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC Umirzak Shukeyev presented medals «Labor dynasty Foundation» and certificates of honor to representatives of labor dynasties.

More than 350 thousand people work today at the enterprises of «Samruk-Kazyna». Corporate cohesion of our team is our most important value. Thank you for your loyalty to the profession and responsible attitude to the matter», - Shukeyev said, referring to representatives of labor dynasties.
This year, in the events held by «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC in honor of the Labor dynasty day, JSC «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» is represented by the Trub family (JSC «S.M. Kirov machine-building plant», Almaty).
The work of the head of the dynasty Peter Petrovich began in 1937 at the S.M. Kirov machine-building plant, who was at that time in the city of Makhachkala (Dagestan). There, he met with Olga Maksimovna Pronina, who became his wife. During the Great Patriotic War, the Trub family was evacuated to Almaty, where the enterprise was redeployed.
Later, three daughters of Peter Petrovich and Olga Maximovna worked at different times at the S.M. Kirov machine-building plant. One of the daughters - Lydia - also met with the future husband Georgy Nikolaevich Kondratyuk at this plant, where she began to work at the age of 16 as a turner student, and after graduating from technical school as an engineer-technologist. Lidia Petrovna's father-in-law - Nikolai Petrovich Kondratyuk - was a miller, he worked here for 43 years.
Now Lidiya Petrovna's daughter Oksana Georgievna works at the enterprise. She is proud that her grandfathers, parents, aunts on the part of mom and dad connected the life with the plant. The total length of service of their dynasty at the S.M. Kirov machine-building plant is more than 200 years.
Day of labor dynasties of the group of companies of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC is celebrated from 2013 and is timed to the International day of families, established by the UN General Assembly in 1993. The holiday promotes the popularization of the labor dynasty institution as an effective tool for public promotion of succession of generations and social stability.
