In March 2017, "PZTM" JSC manufactured a prototype of the UP mobile unit, designed for chemical treatment of wells operated in conditions of underground uranium leaching by the order of "Institute for High Technologies" LLP.

The execution of the contract was preceded by development of design documentation for a new product by the design and technology center of "PZTM" JSC, which consists of 90 qualified specialists.

Implementation of this project will reduce material costs and improve the technical means to ensure the smooth operation of the geotechnological wells of the "Karamurun" mine in the "North and South Karamurun" fields. Mobile unit provides safe pumping, preparation and feeding of chemical solutions various types directly into the filter part of the technological well, as well as increases safety and environmental compatibility of the work.

After the contract was signed all work has been carried out at "PZTM" JSC. Mobile unit was successfully tested in the presence of "Institute for High Technologies" LLP representatives.

Serial manufacturing of UP is planned for the future.
