Kazakh plant for produce of defense electro-optical products («KAE» LLP) carried out the first export of thermal sights to Turkey.
On 26 November, 2016 KAE signed an export contract on the total amount 5.8 million USA dollars, under which thermal weapon sights PYTHON and BOA were recently supplied to Turkey.
Thermal Weapon Sight is a passive surveillance system that can be used at night as well as at daytime in all weather conditions (smog, smoke, dust, fog, haze). The sight operates in passive mode, does not require additional lighting, by seeing thermal radiation of objects.
As is known, «KAE» LLP (a structural unit of JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering") specializes in the manufacture of night vision devices, thermal imaging sights, electronic circuit boards and optical lenses. The company's products are now widely used in the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan Republic.
