Mechanical engineering division of the state corporation "Rosatom" - JSC "Atomenergomash" and JSC "National company" Kazakhstan engineering" agreed on the development of bilateral cooperation. The agreement was signed on October 4, the framework of the Kazakh-Russian business forum. Document was signed by first deputy general director of JSC "Atomenergomash" Alexander Rantsev and chairman of the board of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan engineering" Yerlan Idrissov.
"We are only beginning to close interaction between our companies, but now see it as a great synergy potential. "Kazakhstan engineering" - is one of the largest engineering and machine-building holdings in the CIS countries, which has considerable competence in various fields. I am sure that together we can offer our customers in Kazakhstan and the CIS countries, modern reliable engineering solutions that ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment and high cost-effectiveness ", - said Alexander Rantsev.
"The implementation of the reached agreements will allow to jointly participate in major projects in the energy and oil and gas industries. The partnership with JSC "Atomenergomash" will be useful for the introduction of modern technologies, creation of new products and increasing the export potential of the subsidiaries of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan engineering" , - said Yerlan Idrissov.
The companies intend to develop cooperation in the field of thermal power generation and oil and gas industry. The agreement provides for the possibility exchange of information, joint preparation of tenders and business proposals, and also other forms of cooperation. The document is valid until the end of 2017 and may be extended by decision of parties.
