Primary activity of Uralsk Plant “Zenit” JSC is now production of boats and ships in which the plant is engaged since 1993 that has served as the beginning of origin in the Republic of Kazakhstan to a new industry – shipbuilding.
Mass production of boats and ships with the displacement up to 240 tone for law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan is during this time developed, including: 100 "Sunkar" project boats; 0200 “Burkit” project boats; 0300 “Bars” project ships; FC19 project high-speed patrol boats; 250 “Bars-DM” project ships; 0210 "Aybar" project high-speed patrol boat, the modernized special boat for Special Task Unit. There are orders in an execution stage. Also the plant has developed production of the coastal repair shops (CRS) and educational and training stations on fight for survivability (ETS FS). Along with production of boats and ships, the plant is engaged in their maintenance, repair and modernization.
It is in the long term planned to release sea vessels dry up to 600 tons, as for law enforcement agencies: universal multipurpose vessels, the ships with the helipad, the anti-sabotage and landing ships and boats, boats with the armored cabin, floating moorings, and for civil customers: diving, pilot and amphibian vessels, floating laboratories, tows, vessels of delivery of rotational change, search and rescue and fire vessels.
At the enterprise there are necessary licenses, certificates and certificates for the organization of production, the quality management system conforming to requirements of the international ISO 9001:2016 works, the system of management of health protection and safety of work conforming to requirements of the BSOHSAS standard of a series 18001 is introduced.

- 0200 “Burkit” project advanced cutter (is made since 1995 to 2006);
- 0250 “Bars-MO” project artillery missile ship;
- 0300 “Bars” project 2 rang cutter;
- FC-19 project up to 27 tone high-speed boat;
- 0210 "Aybar" project high-speed patrol boat;
- The Boat for Special Task Unit
