Joint Stock Company “National Company “Kazakhstan Engineering” was established in 2003 by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the purpose of improving the management system of the country’s defense-industrial complex and consolidating defense industry enterprises.

At present, the ownership and use rights of the state-owned block of shares have been transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 318 dated September 1, 2023).

The Company’s mission is to provide competitive high-tech solutions and products to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Enhancement of production and operational efficiency;
4. Organizational and sustainable development;
5. Financial stability.

The Company’s development is carried out in accordance with the Development Plan for 2020–2029, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 969 dated December 25, 2019.

The “Kazakhstan Engineering” Holding includes 15 subsidiaries and affiliated companies (hereinafter – SACs). Information about the SACs can be found on the website under the “Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies” section.

By the decision of the Board of Directors dated May 14, 2024, Talgat Toktarkhanovich Turlybayev was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “National Company “Kazakhstan Engineering”.
