In 2011, JSC «Semey Engineering» mastered the overhaul of T-72 MBT and its variants. A set of technological and design documentation has been purchased, as well as a technological line for the overhaul of the T-72. Additionally, JSC «Semey Engineering» has a similar set of equipment and documentation for the overhaul of T-62 MBT. Since 2012 T-72 tanks are upgraded by installation of modern digital radio communication.
