On October 25, Kazakhstan celebrates one of its most significant holidays — Republic Day, a symbol of the country’s unity and independence. The very word “Republic” reflects the essence of this day: it is not merely a form of government but a system in which every citizen takes part in a common cause.

For Kazakhstan, this concept holds special meaning — it takes us back to the origins, to the moment when the nation first recognized itself as an independent entity. On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty, which became the starting point in the formation of the modern state and a turning point in the nation’s history — marking the transition from administrative dependence to political self-determination and confidence in its own strength.

In this regard, on October 24, 2025, Kazakhstan Engineering National Company held a solemn event dedicated to Republic Day.

Employees of the Company honored this important date in the history of the state, which became the foundation for the formation of modern Kazakhstani statehood.
