In particular, the production of radar equipment, as well as optoelectronic products at Kazakhstani enterprises will be localized.

Along with this, the issues of mastering aircraft repair technologies at the aviation technical center in Nur-Sultan by the Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP were discussed with the Belarusian and Russian aircraft repair enterprises.

At the Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering plant, they can produce more than 120 units per year, and are able to meet the demand of foreign customers. This enterprise is the only manufacturer in Central Asia using MRAP technology. The models have already been demonstrated at the KADEX 2018 exhibition in Astana and a number of exhibitions and conferences in Kazakhstan. The conclusion of the first export contract is scheduled for this year.

As noted by First Vice Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Zhanzhumenov , in addition to the primary task of the military-industrial complex of Kazakhstan to provide the army and special structures with military equipment and equipment, domestic enterprises also face the task of promotion of domestic products in international markets.

Along with the presentation of the achievements of the domestic defense-industrial complex, the Kazakh delegation took part in a meeting of the Business Council at the Interstate Commission for Military-Economic Cooperation of the CSTO, the Coordination Council of the authorized bodies of the CSTO member states on advertising and exhibition activities.
