The published video report reflects the opinion of only one side, on the basis of which the editors of the Our Business program express doubts about the measures taken by the management of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering and the supervising ministry in response to the complaint of Mr. Bebenina G.G. At the same time, no appeals or requests to reflect the position of the Company and the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been received from the media representatives, and therefore the public may have an erroneous opinion about the inaction of the Company's management and state bodies. We inform you that JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering "is extremely interested in the transparency and legality of the activities of subordinate enterprises, having initiated a number of checks, the course of which is under the direct control of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Please note that with a former employee of the Society gr. Bebenin G.G. the employment contract was terminated at the initiative of the employer on the basis of subparagraph 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 52 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the violation by the employee of the rules of labor protection / fire safety or traffic safety in transport, which caused or could cause serious consequences for the life and health of workers, including production injuries and accidents. The legality of the personnel decision taken by the management of the Company is confirmed by the court: Bebenin G.G. applied to the court with claims to recognize the dismissal as illegal, and by the decision of the Yereymentau District Court of the Akmola Region dated December 30, 2021, Bebenin G.G. denied the claims.

On the facts of non-fulfillment of the state defense order by JSC "Auto Repair Plant 811" (hereinafter referred to as the Company), as well as the appeal of gr. Bebenina G.G. regarding illegal actions on the part of the Company's management by the Order of the Chairman of the Board of the Company M.Zh. Kereybaev. No. 70 of December 29, 2021, an internal investigation was appointed and a special commission was created.

Taking into account the introduction of the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the strengthening of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the period of work of the internal investigation commission was completed on January 28, 2022, and the materials were brought to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Based on the results of an internal investigation, the materials were sent to the Board of Directors, and for the purpose of a comprehensive and objective study of the facts of offenses in the Company set forth in the appeal, the Internal Audit Service of the Company was sent for an audit, where, if these facts are confirmed, the materials will be sent to the competent state bodies .

In addition, the results of the inspections carried out are planned to be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors in order to take appropriate response measures.
