In late 2025, the city of Almaty hosted the solemn awards ceremony for the winners of the 10th Anniversary Republican Competition of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NEA RK) "Best Engineer of 2025". The prestigious industry awards were also presented to specialists from JSC "NII "Hydropribor".

The honorary awards were presented to the Chief Designer Aidngali Zhinalaev and the Head of Scientific Sector No. 2 Murat Balsykhov at the plant. The diplomas and medals were handed over by the General Director of JSC "NII "Hydropribor" Birzhan Erezhepow, who emphasized the importance of the engineers' contribution to the development of the company's scientific and technical potential.

The professional achievements of the distinguished employees are directly related to the implementation of complex and technologically significant projects with practical applications for the industrial and defense sectors.

Among the developments by Aidngali Zhinalaev are the installation of navigation and pilot systems, communication equipment, and the modernization of the maneuverable base point for the boats "Bars," "Aibar," "Bürkit," and "Kazhmukan".

Murat Balsykhov is one of the developers of the hybrid unmanned aerial vehicle system and the integrated module for drinking water preparation.

The receipt of these awards is a confirmation of the high level of professional expertise, engineering thinking, and innovation-driven orientation of the plant’s employees.
