Enterprises of Kazakhstan Engineering pay great attention to the development of future production personnel and are ready to cooperate with educational institutions to transfer practical experience to future specialists.
Currently, S.M. Kirov Plant JSC in the city of Petropavlovsk is pursuing a policy of promoting technical professions and intends to develop human resources by training students already at the stage of their studies in colleges and universities.
At present, 36 students from leading educational institutions of the region are undertaking industrial internships at the plant. For them, this is an important stage of professional development, when theoretical knowledge is complemented by real experience gained at a modern manufacturing facility.
At the enterprise’s production sites, working directly within production teams, there are 19 students from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University and 17 students from B. Ashimov Petropavlovsk College of Mechanical Engineering and Transport.
From the first days, under the guidance of experienced masters and mentors, students familiarize themselves with technological processes, study equipment, product quality requirements, and the organization of labor at the enterprise.
Internships, as part of the enterprises’ career guidance efforts, are playing an increasingly significant role in specialist training. They enable future professionals to acquire practical skills, participate in the development of technologies, and gradually apply their abilities and competencies to strengthening the country’s industrial potential.
