The Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC has approved the Anti-Corruption Plan for 2026. The document has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption,” as well as the Company’s internal anti-corruption standards and regulatory documents.

The Plan provides for a set of measures aimed at ensuring the legality and transparency of the Company’s activities, as well as fostering an atmosphere of zero tolerance for any manifestations of corruption within the workforce.

The document outlines specific steps, timelines for their implementation, and expected results. In particular, during the year the Company plans to conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in key areas of its activities in order to promptly identify potential vulnerabilities and minimize risks.

Special attention is given to the development of an anti-corruption culture. Within the framework of the Plan, training and informational activities for employees are предусмотрены, along with consultations with the compliance officer. In addition, the effective functioning of confidential reporting channels will be ensured.

The approval of the Anti-Corruption Plan is necessary to ensure that the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of combating corruption are transformed into practical actions—from risk analysis to reporting on results.
