As part of the implementation of Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2020 No. 908 “On some issues of privatization for 2021-2025,” NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC announces the completion of the transaction for the sale of 100% of the shares of 811 Automobile Repair Plant KI JSC.

As of January 1, 2024, 811 Automobile Repair Plant KI JSC is not included in the Kazakhstan Engineering Group of Companies due to the transfer of ownership to the new owner.
