The winners of the video contest "Best Practice Base-2024" were awarded at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana. JSC "S.M. Kirov Plant" took the honorable 3rd place.

The winners of the contest were congratulated by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of ENU Ardak Beisenbay and the Director of the Academic Affairs Department Baizhuman Kashkhynbay.

From May to June, students of this university completed an internship at the enterprise, demonstrating excellent technical knowledge and acquiring the necessary practical skills in production.

The contest was held in 3 stages with the participation of 10 faculties of the Institute of Physical and Technical Sciences and the Higher School of Education. Members of the commission consisting of vice-rectors, employers and heads of structural divisions of the university selected the videos and assessed them.

It is worth noting that this competition was organized to improve the quality of professional practice of students, to promote the improvement of qualifications and competitiveness of students in the labor market, to exchange experience of professional practice of students, to support interaction with potential employers.

It should be noted that JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering pays great attention to the development of young people, including future personnel.
