The Kazakhstan Engineering group of companies continues to actively develop human resources, focusing on the practical training of future specialists even at the stage of their studies at the university. This initiative aims to transfer valuable experience and create a new generation of highly qualified professionals.

A recent example of this strategy is the successful industrial practice of students of the Department of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov on the basis of JSC “Plant named after. CM. Kirov". 3rd year students, Seitov A., Fazyl K., Tukembaev A. and Kerimbay N., showed a high level of involvement in the work of the enterprise and actively adopted knowledge and skills from experienced plant employees.

As part of the internship, the students gave an interview in which they expressed gratitude to the plant for the opportunity and noted the importance of the experience gained. Seitov A. noted: “This experience became unforgettable for me, as it is directly related to my future profession. I wish the plant to become a leader in the field of production.”
