Representatives of Kazakhstan engineering National Company took part in the sports and athletic games of the Ministry of defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan held last weekend at the Alau Ice Palace.

The Deputy Minister of defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Amaniyaz Yerzhanov made a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of the sports and athletic games who noted that the event is dedicated to the day of civil servant and the 20th anniversary of Astana.

Mr. Yerzhanov thanked the participants for their interest in the sports event and wished success to the teams.

As part of the sports and athletic games, four sports tournaments like volleyball, mini-football, table tennis and chess were held.

On the first day of the sports and athletic games, Kazakhstan engineering mini-football and table tennis teams won the third place.  

On the second day of the sports and athletic games, the teams of Kazakhstan engineering took fourth place in volleyball and seventh place in chess.

"The best defender "of the mini-football tournament was the representative of Kazakhstan engineering National Company, Mr. Kuanysh Musin.

The winners and participants of the event were awarded with medals, cups, diplomas and gifts. 

In total, eight teams representing the Central office of the Ministry and subordinate organizations took part in the sports and athletic games of the Ministry.
