Education:

In 2008, graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence;
In 2014, graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Technology and Business with a degree in Economics;
In 2019, graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a degree in Euromanagement.

Work Experience:

From September 2008 to November 2008, worked at the RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an Expert of the highest classification degree of the International Relations Service;
2008–2012 – held various managerial positions in the Administrative and Support Department of JSC “KazAeroService”;
2012–2013 – worked at the Agency for Land Resource Management of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Lead Specialist of the Legal Support Department of the Legal Support and Public Procurement Management (RSE on REM “State Scientific and Production Center for Land Resources and Land Management”), as well as Head of the Marketing and Commercial Operations Department (RSE “Scientific and Production Center for Land Cadastre”);
2013–2015 – held various managerial positions at JSC “Paramilitary Railway Security”;
2015–2020 – held key positions within the structures of the “Samruk-Kazyna” Fund, including the Corporate University, “Samruk-Kazyna Contract”, “KMG-Service”, and JSC “Samruk-Energy”;
2020–2025 – worked in the energy sector and JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy”, holding positions of Head of the Procurement Department and Director for Key Procurement Categories;
Since August 2025, has been serving as Acting Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
