On September 5, 2025, Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC held a ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. This holiday has long been a symbol of respect for cultural heritage and national identity, emphasizing the importance of linguistic diversity in strengthening the unity of the country. After all, language is not only a means of communication but also the living memory of the people—their history, traditions, and spiritual wealth.

In the defense industry, where each project requires high precision and teamwork, the role of language becomes especially significant, as it unites the workforce, fosters an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, and helps achieve common goals. Supporting the state language policy for the Company is an investment not only in culture but also in the future of the country and the industry.

A significant part of the program was dedicated to the legacy of Akhmet Baitursynuly—an outstanding scholar, educator, and reformer. The team recalled his invaluable contribution to the development of national literacy: the creation of the alphabet, the first textbooks, and his works on grammar and literary studies. It was Akhmet Baitursynuly who laid the foundation for mass literacy in Kazakhstan and initiated the development of the Kazakh language as the state language.

On this day, employees Serikqazy Abaizhan and Nurkasymova Araylym were awarded honorary certificates for their active efforts in promoting and developing the state language. Their example serves as an important reminder that language culture begins with individual initiative—whether through participation in educational projects or supporting colleagues in learning the Kazakh language.
