By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Engineering ”, Sarsembaev Adlbek Zeynullaevich was appointed the Chairman of the Management Board. K.Bishimov, who previously held this post, was relieved of his post due to his transfer to another job.

A. Sarsembaev was born on August 25, 1978 in Tselinograd. Graduated from the Kazakh State Law Academy, Kazakh State Agrotechnical University named after S. S. Seifullina, lawyer, economist-manager. Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in Public Administration.

Since 1996 he worked as a tax inspector, head of department, president of LLP “Specialized Center for Legal Consulting and Entrepreneurial Initiative“ Continent ”, chief specialist of the State Institution“ Department for Administration of Astana City Development Programs ”.

From 2001 to 2006, he held various managerial positions in the administration of the akim of Astana, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2006, he was appointed chief inspector of the department of state control and organizational work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2007-09 - first deputy akim of the city of Petropavlovsk, head of the administration of akim of the North Kazakhstan region.

2009-10 - General Director of MTM-Agroservice LLP.

2010-14 - Managing Director, Vice President of JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering ", Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC" NC "Kazakhstan Engineering".

Since 2015, the head of the State Institution "Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of Astana".

Since 2016, he held the position of akim of the Almaty district of Nur-Sultan.
